Look around, look around! In just a few weeks, Lin-Manuel Miranda‘s Hamilton will be arriving on Disney+ for Broadway fans everywhere to stream. To prepare viewers for the major theatrical event, Disney has released the Hamilton trailer, starring Miranda as Alexander Hamilton, Daveed Diggs as Marquis de Lafayette and Thomas Jefferson, Renée Elise Goldsberry as Angelica Schuyler, and Leslie Odom, Jr. as Aaron Burr.

Originally taped at the Richard Rogers Theater in June 2016, Hamilton on Disney+ promises to be one of the major streaming releases of the summer — if not the year. WHEN IS THE HAMILTON ON DISNEY PLUS DATE?

Hamilton will hit Disney+ on Friday, July 3. Consider it an Independence Day treat!

WHEN WILL HAMILTON BE RELEASED ON DISNEY PLUS?

Like most Disney+ releases, Hamilton should be available to stream at approximately 3:01 a.m. ET/12:01 p.m. PT.

If you open Disney+ at exactly that time and still don’t see Hamilton, try logging out and logging back in, clearing your cache, or waiting a few extra minutes.

HOW LONG WILL HAMILTON BE AVAILABLE ON DISNEY PLUS?

While some Disney+ movies come and go, Hamilton is forever. Because the Broadway production is a Disney+ Original, fans can expect it to remain on the streaming platform for the long haul.

HOW DO I GET HAMILTON ON TV IN JULY?

The easiest way to watch Hamilton is via the Disney+ app on a mobile device, computer or tablet, or connected streaming device. For those interested in watching on a television, specifically, the Disney+ app is available on various smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV streaming devices, PlayStation 4, Apple TV, and more.

HOW DO I GET DISNEY PLUS ON MY SMART TV?

Another easy one! According to the Disney+ help center, Disney+ is currently available to stream on all Samsung TVs from 2016 or later (with HD video support) that use the Tizen operating system. Samsung TVs using the Orsay OS are not currently supported.

Disney+ is also is also compatible with LG smart TVs from 2016 or later running WebOS 3.0 or later, but unfortunately, LG TVs using the NetCast OS are not currently supported.
